We're a multidisciplinary experience design company. How Much Does a Project Typically Cost?

Pricing varies based on timeline and complexity. Project pricing scales upward depending on the deliverables and level of strategy involved. All pricing is transparent and quoted after discovery.

Do I Have to be Based in Vancouver?

No. Our model is built for hybrid collaboration. However, we prioritize partners who can engage with Vancouver-based clients and projects when needed.

If I Were to Become a Partner, Do I Need to Give Up My Brand Name or Freelance Identity?

Not at all. We support your independence. Our model is based on shared opportunities, not exclusivity. You retain your name, your creative voice, and your autonomy.

What’s the Culture Like?

Do I Have to Find My Own Clients?

Not necessarily. IM brings in new opportunities through partnerships and in-house business development. However, partners are encouraged to bring in clients and may receive additional compensation for doing so.

How Are Teams Built For a Project?

Each project is scoped based on client needs. Our Project Directors assemble the team from our talent pool. We match based on fit, availability, and the opportunity for growth. 

I Want to Contribute But Don’t Want to Run a Business, Is There Space for Me?

Yes. We welcome contributors and collaborators. You can join projects as a creative contributor without needing to manage operations or client relationships.
